e1e6534eb2 group: Move various functions to MetaWindowX11
Except meta_window_x11_get_group, which is still used by GNOME Shell
and we can't make it a private API for now.

Will need further investigation and could be done as a future
step

f0c22cb3bc core: Guard MetaGroup usage
For now, we just guard part of the group header as it is
consumed by gnome-shell. Ideally, we would drop that use case and make
the whole header private.

e02fef8e2f meta: Hide libmutter symbols by default and selectively export them
Make meson link libmutter using -fvisibility=hidden, and introduce META_EXPORT
and META_EXPORT_TEST defines to mark a symbols as visible.
The TEST version is meant to be used to flag symbols that are only used
internally by mutter tests, but that should not be considered public API.

This allows us to be more precise in selecting what is exported and what is
not, without the need of a version-script file that would be more complicated
to maintain.

c84da3ce1b Move the installed includes to a subdir
If mutter is going to be a "real" library, then it should install its
includes so that users can do

    #include <meta/display.h>

rather than

    #include <display.h>

So rename the includedir accordingly, move src/include to src/meta,
and fix up all internal references.

There were a handful of header files in src/include that were not
installed; this appears to have been part of a plan to keep core/,
ui/, and compositor/ from looking at each others' private includes,
but that wasn't really working anyway. So move all non-installed
headers back into core/ or ui/.
