f9bb7aa2e6 gdctl: Add bash completion integration 
This auto-completes things such as available connectors, modes, scales,
transforms, etc.

4e3932c7ac tests: Add sanity test for get-state.py tool 
It'll fail if the type signature of the GetCurrentStat() method is
changed, more or less.
