cf2d44d2c2 clutter: Notify ClutterActions about sequences that were cancelled 
We're almost there, everything is in place to notify ClutterActions
about a sequence getting pulled away under its feet.

The only thing that's missing is the actual notification to actions now,
so let's do that.

7885f6dbcc clutter: Add handle_event vfunc to ClutterAction 
This will be the entry point for events into these actions.

0e57fd42e3 clutter: Add information about event phase in ClutterActions 
These will stick to a single phase, instead of juggling capture and
bubble event handlers to do whatever they want.
