72b25bd098 Update Visual Studio Project Files
-Make entries of the property sheets more like the property sheets of the
projects in the GTK+/Clutter stack, mainly changing CoglApiVersion to
ApiVersion, for better consistency, and update the corresponding projects
-Add command item in property sheets to build introspection files for Cogl
 and Cogl Pango.
-Stop building and installing the cogl-msaa example, as it is something
that isn't really meant for Windows, and causes an internal compiler error
on Visual Studio 2010 x64 builds

e886ad46e0 Revert "cogl-buffer: Stop warning spam running in sw rendering"
This reverts commit 83dbf79986981fac9ec0f2575b7c7cb32f629f0f.

On further consideration we realized that needing this change either
indicated a bug in the code using cogl, or that it was a symptom of
some other bug in Cogl resulting in us returning NULL in
cogl_buffer_map_range but not returning a CoglError too.

2fa7b5573d gl: ensure depth isn't masked during clear
If a pipeline has been flushed that disables depth writing and then we
try to clear the framebuffer with cogl_framebuffer_clear4f, passing
COGL_BUFFER_BIT_DEPTH then we need to make sure that depth writing is
re-enabled before issuing the glClear call. We also need to make sure
that when the next primitive is flushed that we re-check what state the
depth mask should be in.

3c5ebb8752 framebuffer: vp change = clip change for gen6 workaround
This makes sure that a viewport change when comparing between separate
framebuffers also implies a clip change when we are applying the Intel
gen6 workaround for broken viewport clipping. Without this then
switching between different size framebuffers could leave a scissor
matching the size of a previous framebuffer.

b62b9a68bb bitmap: don't mark bitmap bound on _gl_bind error
This makes some changes to _cogl_bitmap_gl_bind to be more paranoid
about bad access arguments and make sure we don't mark a bitmap as bound
if there was an error in _cogl_buffer_gl_bind.

We now validate the access argument upfront to check that one of _READ
or _WRITE access has been requested. In the case that cogl is built
without debug support then we will still detect a bad access argument
later and now explicitly return before marking the bitmap as bound, just
in case the g_assert_not_reach has been somehow disabled. Finally we
defer setting bitmap->bound = TRUE until after we have check for any
error with _cogl_bitmap_gl_bind.

a622d34444 actor: Revert the Transition/Actor leak fix
The original code inside ClutterActor that dealt with Transitions
stopping was written for the ::completed signal, thus the code was
correctly handling the lifetime of the instances; when we moved to the
::stopped signal, we assumed that it worked in the same way - with less
conditions to be checked, obviously, but fundamentally similar to the
::completed signal. Sadly, I screwed up the signal definition, and the
signal ended up calling our handlers, but not the default one that did
the cleanup and released references on the Animatable instance.

After fixing the Timeline::stopped signal, we can go back to the
previous code.

Thanks to Craig Hughes for the help in tracking down this mess.

e15bc37225 compositor: map overlay window before redirecting windows
When windows get redirected off screen, all that gets left behind
is black. We don't want to flicker black at startup, though.

This commit maps the overlay window early, before redirecting
toplevels, so they end up getting snapshotted onto the background
pixmap of the overlay window when the overlay window is mapped.

377e2ed8a5 keybindings: filter overlay key even when not-modal
mutter currently only filters the overlay key through the shell
when there is a grab operation and that grab operation belongs to the
shell (because the shell is pushModal'd). This means the shell can't
filter out overlay key press events events at startup (since the shell
isn't normally modal).

This commit changes the code to always run the shell filtering code,
even when the shell is not modal.

37e3ef2303 offscreen-effect: Add a method to get the target area
The target size is not always enough, there are cases where the offset
used to paint the target must also be available for developers
implementing an OffscreenEffect.

The get_target_rect() method returns the rectangle used to paint the
target, with the offsets in the ClutterRect:origin and the texture size
in the ClutterRect:size fields, respectively.

The get_target_size() method should be deprecated, given that its
replacement is generally more useful.

6e831c88a6 compositor: fix background vignette for non-stretched styles
The background vignette currently fits itself to the painted

0e3d164117 compositor: when tiling background, center on screen
The WALLPAPER style of background painting currently
draws starting in the upper left corner of each monitor.

This isn't really correct, it means the seam between
monitors doesn't match up and edges look unbalanced if
the tile isn't a multipe of monitor size.

Really, the tiles should be centered in the middle of
the screen. (Just like when tiling a bathroom floor,
tiles should start in the center of the room.)

This commit reworks the math to make that happen.
