0dd74ca3fb docs: Annotation fixes 
The introspection scanner has become slightly more annoying, in the hope
that people start fixing their annotations. As it turns out, it was the
right move.

Use the new versioned macros instead of the generic ones.

7f3363e1db Tag all deprecated symbols using CLUTTER_DEPRECATED 
This requires some minor surgery in the build to disable the deprecation
warnings in the deprecated classes.
