2a584a8f01 wayland: Make use of Wayland event grabbing mechanism
Enable grabbing input for popups, and drag-and-drop. Since the very
switch to using ClutterGrab underneath Wayland grabs will challenge
assumptions in existing code, these had to change in one go. A notable
one is that meta_display_windows_are_interactable() is not 100% true
anymore for xdg_popups, at least not the same.

Another change happening in lockstep is MetaDnD no longer having
to funnel events to Wayland, since the grab triggered by Wayland DnD
is now a cause of "compositor grabs", and will naturally receive events
as long as it hold. while "modal".

A number of ad-hoc checks for grabbing state has also been dropped
from src/wayland/ internals, since again Wayland grabs are a reason
for Clutter grabs, plus the mechanism itself will already take care
of focus loss and restoration.

80ed79a0d3 wayland: Add default event interface handling seat events
This is implemented at the MetaWaylandSeat level, and it governs
focus and event delivery for all devices, falling through each
of the MetaWaylandPointer/MetaWaylandKeyboard/etc components.

a37fd34bbb wayland: Make MetaWaylandSeat in charge of its own tablet seat
The relation between seats and tablet seats is always 1:1, Make
the MetaWaylandSeat hold its own MetaWaylandTabletSeat, and
manipulate it directly.

7b232d9f65 wayland: Keep track of the "input focus" on MetaWaylandSeat
This is the unified focus (key, IM, pads, ...) for the focus window.
Just like MetaWaylandPointer and others keep track of the "current"
surface, this is the "current" surface for those (not necessarily
the focused surface, e.g. in the case of compositor grabs).

Since this unified focus will exist regardless of keyboard
capabilities (e.g. even if just for "logical" focus like IM/clipboard
that does not depend on input devices), it does not make sense
to trigger a focus sync on keyboard capability changes, the focus
is staying the same, we however need to focus the keyboard interface
to the already existing focus when the capability is enabled.

2731f0cda4 wayland: Setup and use ownership chains
As elsewhere, make sure objects that need to have a ownership up to the
context, and use this ownership chain to find relevant components, such
as the backend or the Wayland compositor object instance.

wayland/data-device: Hook up data devices to seats

They are tied to a seat - make that connection in struct fields too, so
that related objects can get to the context via it.

wayland: Don't get Wayland compositor via singleton getter

This means via the ownership chain or equivalent.

xwayland: Hook up manager to Wayland compositor

Same applies to the drag-n-drop struct.

xwayland: Make X11 event handling compositor instance aware

This avoids finding it via singletons in the callee.

xwayland: Pass manager when handling dnd event

2becb3dd29 wayland: Add support for wayland-protocols primary selection protocol
This protocol was added some time ago. Supporting it fell through the
cracks. Add new data device/source/offer implementations for it,
interoperation between primary selection protocols (and X11 primary
selection for that matter) comes for free.

5e8d8b9ade wayland: Move the primary data device manager to its own file
Instead of having everything clumped at MetaWaylandDataManager,
split the primary selection to its own struct. This manager is
handled separately from wl_data_device_manager and other selection
managers, so they would be able to interoperate between them, even.

85e5b160ee wayland: Implement text-input from wayland-protocols
This protocol supersedes the internal gtk_text_input protocol that
was in place. Functionally it is very similar, with just some more
verbosity in both ways (text_change_cause, .done event), and some
improvements wrt the pre-edit text styling.

62c9713361 wayland: Implement text input protocol
This is the implementation of the internal text-input protocol that will
be used to communicate IMs (to be implemented by gnome-shell) with clients.
The text_input protocol has its own focus expressed through enter/leave
events, that will typically follow the keyboard's.

The client will be able to communicate its current status (eg. focus state,
cursor rectangle in surface coordinates, text surrounding the cursor
position, ...) and will receive commands from the compositor (eg. preedit
text, committing a string, ...).

Whenever there is an active input method, the compositor will route key
events directly through it. The client will not receive wl_keyboard
events if the event is consumed by the IM.

ca600973ba wayland: Store and retrieve implicit grab information for tablet tools
Window moving and resizing depends on the `meta_wayland_seat_get_grab_info`
function succeeding. At the moment, tablet tools do not generate implicit
grabs like the pointer and touch. This commit adds the necessary elements
to track implicit grabs and retrieve their information.

a6cc35e595 wayland: remove pressed button checks from meta_wayland_pointer_can_grab_surface()
Leave these checks up to the callers, the only uses of this function
(indirect, through meta_wayland_seat_get_grab_info) are
[wl_shell|xdg]_surface.move/resize/show_window_menu.

In move/resize it makes sense to check for a button being pressed, because
we must expect a button release event. However for xdg_surface.show_window_menu
we 1) don't strictly need further events and 2) we must account for press+release
event pairs being processed at once in the compositor before the client sees
the former.

That is eg. the case of touchpad 2nd/3rd button tap emulation, multifinger
taps will emit the event pair at once, so when the client manages to request
xdg_surface.show_window_menu, it'll be too late in the compositor side, so the
request is ignored.

a5d2555196 wayland: Make it possible to trigger popups through pointer/keyboard/touch
Right now we just check the pointer serial, so the popup will be
immediately dismissed if the client passes a serial corresponding to
another input device.

Abstract this a bit further and add a meta_wayland_seat_can_popup() call
that will check the serial all input devices. This makes it possible to
trigger menus through touch or keyboard devices.

ac448bd42b seat: Listen for ClutterDeviceManager signals in order to update capabilities
The capability flags are determined from the device types of the slave devices
that are currently attached. This also happens whenever a device is added or
removed, so the capabilities are kept up to date, and clients know about these.

On VT switch, all slave devices are temporarily removed, so the cascade of
signals will make the seat end up with capabililities=0 while input is suspended.

2250865eb6 wayland: Implement the server side bits of wl_touch_interface
Clutter touch events are translated into events being sent down
the interface resource, with the exception of FRAME/CANCEL events,
which are handled directly via an evdev event filter.

The seat now announces invariably the WL_SEAT_CAPABILITY_TOUCH
capability, this should be eventually updated as devices come and
go.

The creation of MetaWaylandTouchSurface structs is dynamic, attached
to the lifetime of first/last touch on the client surface, and only
if the surface requests the wl_touch interface. MetaWaylandTouchInfo
structs are created to track individual touches, and are locked to
a single MetaWaylandTouchSurface (the implicit grab surface) determined
on CLUTTER_TOUCH_BEGIN.

b3364cad3e wayland: Update keyboard state unconditionally
In particular we need to know about all key events to keep the xkb
state reliable even if the event is then consumed by a global shortcut
or grab and never reaches any wayland client.

We also need to keep track of all pressed keys at all times so that we
can send an updated set or pressed keys to the focused client when a
grab ends.

776a86a65f wayland: heavily refactor pointer grabs
Grabs are now slice allocated structures that are handled by
whoever starts the grab. They contain a generic grab structure
with the interface and a backpointer to the MetaWaylandPointer.
The grab interface has been changed to pass full clutter events,
which allowed to remove the confusion between grab->focus and
pointer->focus. Invidual grabs are now required to keep their
focus, and choose whoever gets the events.

450afbaf51 wayland: reimplement keyboard state handling properly
We can't rely on clutter's xkb_state, because that's updated
when events are pulled from the kernel, not when we see them.
Instead, use the new clutter API to get the full modifier state
from the event (which, as a side effect, also works when clutter
is using the X11 backend for running nested).
