cogl-framebuffer.c: GL_DEPTH_STENCIL not supported in gles

There is GL_INVALID_ENUM error for GL_DEPTH_STENCIL when call
glRenderbufferStorage() with OpenGL ES backend. So enable this
only for OpenGL backend.
