renderer/native: Use drmModeAddFB2 where available
drmModeAddFB2 allows specifying multiple planes, as well as directly specifying the format, rather than relying on a depth/bpp -> format mapping. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=785779
