wayland: Drop redundant MetaDisplay grab op
This is no longer necessary to prevent the bits we wanted to be prevented by the presence of this grab. We can drop this, and let it work through the MetaWaylandPointerGrab interface. Part-of: <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/2683>
