ci: Bump CI image to use gsettings-desktop-schemas 48.alpha

This contains the new screen time limits schema
(https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gsettings-desktop-schemas/-/merge_requests/87)
which will shortly be needed by gnome-shell.
