clutter/stage-cogl: Use view fb instead of onscreen fb for debug-drawing
We need to use the framebuffer of the view instead of the onscreen framebuffer when painting the damage region, otherwise the redraw clips on rotated monitors won't be shown correctly. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/1237
