ci: Bump CI to include latest gsettings-desktop-schemas

This is so we get hold of
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gsettings-desktop-schemas/-/merge_requests/96,
which is needed for changes in gnome-shell in
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/3610.
