	the new stage implementation API.

	* clutter/sdl/clutter-backend-sdl.[ch]: Port the SDL backend
	to the new backend API.

	* clutter/sdl/clutter-event-sdl.c:
	(clutter_event_dispatch): Assign the default stage as the
	origin of the event.
