cogl: Remove midscene tracking

Midscene tracking was used at a time that some Cogl users
could call random OpenGL API without going through Cogl.
That is not allowed anymore, and certainly not done by
Mutter and GNOME Shell.

Remove midscene tracking from CoglFramebuffer.
