Fix x/y confusion for GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB
When "denormalizing" for texture rectangles, multiple X coordinates by the X size and Y coordinates by the Y size. http://bugzilla.openedhand.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1479
