docs: Merge Clutter and Cally API reference It's pretty much pointless to have two API references: • the Cally API reference is fairly small • the build system is already complicated as it is • GTK-Doc isn't smart enough to ignore sub-directories • Cally is not a separate library, just a separate namespace There are some issues with GTK-Doc not accepting multiple namespaces, but nothing seriously tragic.
