Florian Müllner f43a05bee6 extensions-app: Update metainfo ...

After the last rounds of redesign, it's time to update
the appdata accordingly:

- update screenshots
- add screenshot captions
- point homepage to apps.gnome.org
- mark as mobile adaptive
