Ray Strode 59191bc4b7 statusMenu: temporarily drop Suspend menu item 
It doesn't currently work, so hide it for now.

It's not clear it's going to stay around long term,
anyway. If it doesn't we can delete the code, then.
Otherwise, we can add the code back when we have
something that works.
