Ray Strode 47b8d16067 modalDialog: Add modal dialog base class 
This is a base class to make it easier to
gain a consistent look for system modal dialogs.

It handles creating a darkened backdrop behind the dialog, setting
up buttons in the dialog, keynav, etc.
