Filter the apps shown on the desktop and in search results according to whether they are blacklisted by the user’s parental controls. This supports dynamically updating the filter during the user’s session. This adds an optional dependency on libmalcontent. If that’s unavailable, no parental controls filtering will occur. GNOME Shell
GNOME Shell provides core user interface functions for the GNOME 3 desktop, like switching to windows and launching applications. GNOME Shell takes advantage of the capabilities of modern graphics hardware and introduces innovative user interface concepts to provide a visually attractive and easy to use experience.
