Florian Müllner 2d849759c8 overview: Don't expand workspace thumbnails by default ... We currently expand the workspace switcher when workspaces are being used, that is when there are any windows on a non-active workspace. While this helps with the switcher's discoverability, it does eat into the space available for window previews.
