Jonas Ådahl 5bb9843217 ui/main: Don't show welcome screen or root warning with perf tests ... If we want to run with the welcome screen showing, it should be done so explicitly. Hide it if there is a perf test running for now, so that what we test is what is expected to be tested. We also don't want to show the root user warning, since we'll be running as root in the CI containers.
