ab60902058 shell: Move tray implementation away from GtkSocket 
Reimplement tray icon support on top of NaXembed. NaTrayIcon now
becomes a subclass of this type, replacing GtkSocket. The
ShellTrayIcon wrapper now embeds directly a NaTrayIcon, the
ShellEmbeddedWindow GTK widget and ShellGtkEmbed ClutterClone
objects are no longer necessary to wrap a NaXembed socket window.

94a674c008 na-tray-manager: Use gdk_screen_get_default() and gdk_x11_get_default_screen() 
instead of explicit screen arguments and `gdk_screen_get_number()`, as nowadays there
is always only one screen. This silences some deprecation warnings and removes
deprecated API.

Bonus: some code style cleanups

ccf1bd9f27 tray-manager: Don't use GdkColor 
It has been deprecated for a while in favor of GdkRgba, though in our
case translating ClutterColors to an intermediate color type before
setting _NET_SYSTEM_TRAY_COLORS is a bit silly, so just move to
ClutterColor as the rest of the code base.

ed0fa7e1b7 tray: Stop using gdk_display_add_client_message_filter() 
It just got removed in GTK+ 3, and we actually don't need it since we
look for ClientMessage in na_tray_manager_window_filter() anyway.

8c61d46586 Import part of the notification area applet, and use it to add a 
notification are to the panel. A bit warty, but we don't know how we want
the final UI to look anyway. (The fact that transparency doesn't work is
a known bug.)
