2b1077aaa1 switcherPopup: Factor the initial selection into the base class 
Only the application switcher needs to keep its own implementation
since it has two modes of operation depending on the binding.

547cdf86cc switcherPopup: Move _createSwitcher implementations into constructors 
We don't really need this step as a separate method since all
implementations are supposed to be created and shown immediately. This
also ensures that we have items to show in all subclasses.

d450b74e10 Remove 'backwards' argument from SwitcherPopup:_keyPressHandler 
All derived classes are already checking explicitly for action names
(FOO and FOO_BACKWARDS). mutter used to have a META_KEY_BINDING_REVERSES
flag for keybindings which required special handling of "shift"+FOO as
FOO_BACKWARDS, but this has been removed now, so this special handling
is no longer necessary.

dd85670f8b switcherPopup: Add a return value to _keyPressHandler 
This allows us to handle keybindings that use Escape instead of just
dismissing the popup unconditionally when we see an Escape press.

5c3f9f6999 osdWindow: Show on all monitors 
We had one osdWindow that we displayed either on the primary monitor or on
whatever monitor index got passed over dbus.

Change that to show the osd on all monitors when no explicit monitor is
requested. A monitor should be requested in cases like display brightness where it makes sense to only show the osd on the affected monitor.

427790f005 switcherPopup: Fix spacing calculation for empty lists 
Without special-casing, our current spacing calculation results in
negative size requests for empty lists, which will trigger a Clutter
assert later.
While the list is never supposed to be empty, bugs happen; crashing
users' systems is the least graceful way of handling this, so don't
do it.

d1c4e60636 switcherPopup: Always show the arrows if the popup is scrollable 
Currently we only show/hide the left and right arrows when
we reach the initial/end position. This patch changes this
behaviour by showing the arrows whenever is a scroll is possible.

deb2f30b37 js: Use EVENT_PROPAGATE/EVENT_STOP constants in event handlers 
Just as SOURCE_CONTINUE/SOURCE_REMOVE in source functions, these
constants increase code clarity over plain true/false.

It is irritating to show two different system popups at the same
time, so let switcher popups like alt-tab cancel out the OSD.

f2cbc3192c switcherPopup: Hide the top level actor on _init 
destroy() checks if we are visible to decide whether to destroy the
actor immediately or after a fade out animation. Since actors are
visible by default it would always end up destroying only after the
animation time.

9548cd8341 js: Explicitly dispose all cairo contexts 
Due to limitations and bugs in SpiderMonkey's GC, wrapper objects
for cairo contexts and similar may not get cleaned up immediately
after repainting, leading to leaking memory. Explicitly disposing
of such objects after they're not needed can clean up large portions
of memory for cairo surfaces.
