We currently use no less than three different ways of indenting
object literals:
let obj1 = {
foo: 42,
bar: 23,
};
let obj2 = { foo: 42,
bar: 23 };
let obj3 = { foo: 42,
bar: 23
};
The first is the one we want to use everywhere eventually, while the
second is the most commonly used "legacy" style.
It is the third one that is most problematic, as it throws off eslint
fairly badly: It violates both the rule to have consistent line breaks
in braces as well as the indentation style of both regular and legacy
configurations.
Fortunately the third style was mostly used for tween parameters, so
is quite rare after the Tweener purge. Get rid of the remaining ones
to cut down on pre-existing eslint errors.

While we aren't using those destructured variables, they are still useful
to document the meaning of those elements. We don't want eslint to keep
warning about them though, so mark them accordingly.

Braces are optional for single-line arrow functions, but there's a
subtle difference:
Without braces, the expression is implicitly used as return value; with
braces, the function returns nothing unless there's an explicit return.
We currently reflect that in our style by only omitting braces when the
function is expected to have a return value, but that's not very obvious,
not an important differentiation to make, and not easy to express in an
automatic rule.
So just omit braces consistently as mandated by gjs' coding style.

Make the dialog a widget itself, removing the `_group` property used for
handling the actor.
Update all the inherited classes to be also GObject implementations, moving all
the signals to proper object ones.

This extends the ShellMountPasswordDialog by widgets which allow
specifying parameters supported by TrueCrypt and VeraCrypt compatible
volumes (TCRYPT). This includes:
- Whether the volume to be unlocked is hidden.
- Whether the volume to be unlocked is a system partition.
Note: TrueCrypt and VeraCrypt only support encrypting Windows
systems [1], so the label for this option is "Windows System Volume".
- Whether to use a PIM [2].
- Whether to use keyfiles. Unfortunately, GMountOperation doesn't
support TCRYPT keyfiles, so if this checkbox is checked, we tell the
user that they should unlock the volume with Disks, which supports
unlocking TCRYPT volumes with keyfiles.

In order to replace GTK+'s GtkPolicyType. It's bit-compatible with it, too.
All callers have been updated to use it.
This is a purely accessory change in terms of X11 Display usage cleanup,
but helps see better what is left.

ES6 finally adds standard class syntax to the language, so we can
replace our custom Lang.Class framework with the new syntax. Any
classes that inherit from GObject will need special treatment,
so limit the port to regular javascript classes for now.
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/merge_requests/361
When not using arrow notation with anonymous functions, we use Lang.bind()
to bind `this` to named callbacks. However since ES5, this functionality
is already provided by Function.prototype.bind() - in fact, Lang.bind()
itself uses it when no extra arguments are specified. Just use the built-in
function directly where possible, and use arrow notation in the few places
where we pass additional arguments.

Any symbols (including class properties) that should be visible
outside the module it's defined in need to be defined as global.
For now gjs still allows the access for 'const', but get rid of
the warnings spill now by changing it.

Add 'default' parameter to setButtons, that controls the binding
of Return (unless overridden) and applies the 'default' pseudo-class.
Currently it has no effect, but it will start having after the
login dialog redesign.

Show a notification when we receive a show-unmount-progress signal on
the mount operation we use for unmounting.
The notification will either turn fade out automatically with a
completion message when the unmount successfully completes, or will
disappear in case the operation is aborted underway (for example because
the device has been unplugged in the meantime).
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=676125
Use the ShellMountOperation dialogs we have to implement a DBus API
allowing other processes to display them.
Since GtkMountOperation now tries to call into our DBus implementation,
every application that uses a GtkMountOperation will gain integration
with our shell dialogs (but will still handle the actual communication
with GVfs).
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=678516
Wait until the completion of the mount operation before dismissing the
passphrase dialog, so in case it fails, we can re-use the same dialog
with an error message (like e.g. PolicyKit auth dialogs) instead of
showing a brand new one.

This is a fallout from some changes in MessageTray.Source, which now
requires either defining the iconName/iconType properties on it, or
implementing createNotificationIcon, and we're not doing any of those.
Fix it by storing the gicon of the source object and using a helper
method to create the icon actor on demand, to avoid any case when the
same actor might be added twice to different containers.

clutter_actor_get_children requires making a temporary GSList from
a linked list structure, and then creating a JS Array from that GSList.
For simple cases like the number of children, use clutter_actor_get_n_children.
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=677426
For most subclasses, this is a direct swap -- a lot of the time, the
constructor was a blank class that override createNotificationIcon,
and called _setSummaryIcon in _init.
