988a0e7314 Adapt to painting and picking API change
While still leaving them unused, pass around ClutterPaintContext and
ClutterPickContext when painting and picking.

The reason for splitting this change up in two is to make it possible to
bisect easier in between the API change and the change to using the
framebuffer passed around with the temporary contexts.

ebf77748a8 cleanup: Require "dangling" commas
Since ES5, trailing commas in arrays and object literals are valid.
We generally haven't used them so far, but they are actually a good
idea, as they make additions and removals in diffs much cleaner.

As per previous commit we can remove the explicit GTypeName definitions
and use gjs auto computation for all the GObject registered classes.

Instead of manually updating properties on change, use native properties
bindings to keep the them synchronized.

c4c5c4fd5c cleanup: Use inheritance for Actor classes instead of composition
Remove the `this.actor = ...` and `this.actor._delegate = this` patterns in most
of classes, by inheriting all the actor container classes.

Uses interfaces when needed for making sure that multiple classes will implement
some required methods or to avoid redefining the same code multiple times.

5fc456d9d9 userWidget: Handle non-square icons gracefully
We currently assume that user icons are square, which is the case when
set by the users settings panel, but not enforced by AccountsService.

Handle that case by moving the pixel size back to the actor and using
an appropriate background-size style property of 'cover' (which means
the smallest dimension of the image is scaled to fit the desired size).

e357559582 cleanup: Mark globals used from other modules as exported
eslint cannot figure out that those symbols are used from other modules
via imports, so they trigger unused-variable errors. To fix, explicitly
mark those symbols as exported.

so drop them to fix a couple of eslint errors.

b90f4d29a4 userWidget: Fix avatar size
The texture cache now returns an actor with an appropriate ClutterContent
rather than a ClutterTexture. That actor uses the CONTENT_SIZE request
mode, which means that it will unconditionally request the preferred size
of the content. That is, setting an explicit size no longer has an effect.

Fix this by making sure the image is already loaded with the desired
dimensions.

2ae17cfb50 userWidget: Remove frame around avatar
There's a push for round user images, for which the existing square

e68dfed1f7 cleanup: Port GObject classes to JS6 classes
GJS added API for defining GObject classes with ES6 class syntax
last cycle, use it to port the remaining Lang.Class classes to
the new syntax.

bacfdbbb03 cleanup: Port non-GObject classes to JS6 classes
ES6 finally adds standard class syntax to the language, so we can
replace our custom Lang.Class framework with the new syntax. Any
classes that inherit from GObject will need special treatment,
so limit the port to regular javascript classes for now.

3b1330880f cleanup: Use Function.prototype.bind()
When not using arrow notation with anonymous functions, we use Lang.bind()
to bind `this` to named callbacks. However since ES5, this functionality
is already provided by Function.prototype.bind() - in fact, Lang.bind()
itself uses it when no extra arguments are specified. Just use the built-in
function directly where possible, and use arrow notation in the few places
where we pass additional arguments.

2582d16ca7 Define classes with 'var' instead of 'const'
Any symbols (including class properties) that should be visible
outside the module it's defined in need to be defined as global.
For now gjs still allows the access for 'const', but get rid of
the warnings spill now by changing it.

98b50fd942 UserWidget: replace vfunc_destroy override with a signal connection
The destroy vfunc might be called during object finalization, and
we can't call any JS from a GC finalizer, so we use a signal
connection instead, as that is removed by GObject the first time
the object is disposed.

a3d3d81447 unlockDialog: move user widget into separate file
The user widget is the username and avatar shown on
the unlock dialog.

The login dialog has something very similar.

This commit separates the user widget out to its own
file, so we can use it from the login dialog in a
later commit.
