Fix Meta.KeyBindingFlags.IS_REVERSED typo

The code currently tries to use Meta.KeyBindingFlags.REVERSED. Since
this constant is |'ed with Meta.KeyBindingFlags.REVERSES, gjs silently
ignores the unknown flag.
