BluetoothMenu: fix visibility

In addition to BluetoothAirplaneMode, we need to check also
BluetoothHasAirplaneMode, which is indicative of bluetooth rfkill
devices (and by extension bluetooth adapters).
This prevents showing the menu if there is no adapter present.
