extensionPrefs: Fix more fallout from un-templating strings
The version field in extension metadata is a number, so we cannot just use it as a string. ('creator' should be fine, but change it as well for the symmetry) https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/merge_requests/1031
