appMenu: Move setApp to null before destroy
Calling `setApp` after the menu has been destroyed results in error. Moving the method before `super.destroy()` fixes the issue. Part-of: <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/2998>
