appDisplay: Use SwipeTracker

Replace existing panning and touchpad scrolling by SwipeTracker.

Since SwipeTracker only references one actor, redirect scroll events
from page indicators to the main scroll view.

Change programmatic scroll animation to use easeOutCubic interpolator
to match the gesture.
