Imported two recipes needed by meta-rust from openembedded.
...
meta-rust has a LAYERDEPENDS on openembedded, but only needs
these two recipes. Import the recipes and override the dependency
var in citadel-distro.conf

Added showvars utility class for debugging.

Class can be added to any recipe and will create a target
called 'showvars' which will dump out all of the variable
values in a much simpler list than 'bitbake -e'
